Collaborations can be so cool. Take, for example, these futuristic boots made for Thakoon’s fall runway show. The ultra-talented designer conceived them in concert with another original thinker, Giuseppe Zanotti, whose edgy, elaborate footwear creations are the stuff of fantasy. This cutout style is fabricated of leather scored to look like tiny tiles (think artful disco ball), has a substantial 4.5 inch heel, and conveniently zips up both the front and the back.
