Incredibly vibrant, charming, and fun, Meredith German (Wendell would be her husband, also very enjoyable to be around) used to design accessories for Marc by Marc Jacobs. Then she decided to follow her dream and start her own line, creating incredibly vibrant, charming and fun belts, bags, and jewelry. Part of what makes Meredith’s pieces so totally awesome (aside from their exuberant use of color) is the glass details. Thin sheets of glass are rolled out in the same Indiana factory used by Louis Comfort Tiffany (you may have heard of his lamps), cut into buckles and dots, set in brass, then gold-plated. Wear one of these super-chic metallic leather belts, and you may find yourself even more vibrant, charming, and, dare I say, fun than usual.
