we're Obsessed!

My closet is, ahem, amply stocked with short black skirts (so much so that when I picked up a cute pencil version on a recent shopping trip, a close friend groaned that I already had too many). But I can't stop myself from acquiring them. They're easy to wear and go with lots of things, so there. Next on my list is this sequin and mesh-trimmed delight from Marc Jacobs. His fall ready-to-wear was an exuberant nod to the '80s and this skirt, with its flouncy, zigzagging ruffles and bright, colorful details, channels that vibe to a T. My friend is going to be jealous.
