Chanel Comete Ring

Some girls dream of solitaries. As for me, I like a little more design in my diamond rings. The Comete ring by Chanel would work just fine. It is a direct descendant of Chanel’s first fine jewelry collection introduced in 1932. At the time Chanel said she liked the diamond because “it represented the highest value in the smallest volume.” True enough. But what about the romantic motif? Could it have been inspired by the love affair she was having with designer Paul Iribe who worked with her on the collection? Like I said, the Cometes would be my dream “I do” ring.

$9,300; call 1-800-550-0005 for stores.
