I am generally of the opinion that any item can be made infinitely better with the addition of plumage. Exhibit A: this white tank. Yes, the color goes with everything and the studding around the neckline is cool, but without the grey degradé feathers, the top is nothing special. Attach those and voilà! A total standout piece.
