This totally reminds me of a pomander—you know, those clove-studded oranges and apples that always appear around the winter holidays? I guess it's the textured round shape and the ribbon handle. Anyway, this fancy number is wide enough to hold a Blackberry (always my test of an evening bag), but still little enough to look cute hanging from your forearm. And shiny faceted beads are hidden between the fabric folds, which is a chic touch.
