Razor-blade shoes are so cutting-edge that they will sharpen any look. I will wear my Proenza Schouler pair with anything from laser-cut leather to slick silk; or perhaps I’ll take inspiration from Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough (the designer duo behind the downtown-cool yet red carpet-ready brand) and pair them with a piece engulfed in grommets and studs to create a mixed-metal look. Either way, these daredevils will definitely make a dent in my closet. To my other edgy pairs: beware, this shoe gives edgy a whole new (ground-breaking!) meaning.
