Among all the glamorous getups in the gorgeous coffee table book Bals: Legendary Costume Balls of the Twentieth Century, my favorite is one of the simplest: the black cat mask with whiskers Frank Sinatra donned for the 1966 Black and White Ball. It is at once sexy, sinister and cute just like this ring. The design absolutely purrs, "Where’s the party?"
