Most people think a matching jewelry set is passé, but I am officially changing my thoughts on the subject. Pictures of Elizabeth Taylor at the Christie’s jewelry exhibition in December reminded me of just how put-together and glamorous coordinated accessories can be. French actress, Julia Ormond picked up on the idea with these artistic diamond and oxidized gold earrings and bracelets that she wore to the Oscars. The slightly off-kilter shape of the stones makes the jewels a stellar update on the classic set.
