I'd normally avoid fluorescents around my midsection, so as not to call attention, but this woven neon belt is worth the draw. I'd welcome a few second looks were Meredith Wendell's cincher looped around my waist. Not that I'd even notice the glances, because I too wouldn't be able to take my eyes off this hot pink design.
