Some purchases just aren't practical. I could rationalize it all day, but in the end there are only a handful of occasions where a hot pink plumed peplum top would be appropriate attire. Those occasions, however, are restricted to those when only the ultimate in drop-dead glamour will do. And when I want to bring a room to its feet, Oscar de la Renta's feathered silk faille design would definitely do the trick. So while it may not be practical, this piece is definitely essential!
