The Place Vendôme in Paris may be the most formal and historic address in the world for fine jewelry but Repossi artistic director Gaia Repossi makes designs at her studio there that are as modern as, well, she is. Her sleek signature ear cuffs—seen on Diane Kruger and Rihanna as they walk the red carpet—could just as easily be worn during the designer's summer adventures documented on Twitter (@gaiarepossi). Anything but traditional chi-chi excursions, Repossi headed to tranquil California beaches and Yosemite National Park. I know I would love to clip on this piece and follow in the designer's footsteps for a chic climb up Half Dome when summer rolls around again next year.
