Bling around the collar is one of the most cheerful new jewelry styles. I like the playful Peter Pan versions done in bright rhinestones, but this is my favorite rendition of the new look. It would be an easy way to add a sophisticated point of interest to a neckline. The triple tips of silver would provide beacons of bright light to any ensemble.
