we're Obsessed!

I have always thought bees were beautiful bugs, but it wasn't until this summer that I really came to appreciate them. My boyfriend got a couple of hives and we spent a significant amount of time learning about their complex social behavior. In short they are hard workers. Over the winter bees do get a little rest. This gorgeous ring with a bee hidden under the ruby-accented hive made me think of their importance and well-deserved time off.
